Welcome to our Restorative Fertility Reproductive Medicine Practice.

We look forward to working with you and your husband to determine the cause of your fertility issues. As about 1/6 couples have trouble conceiving, we are able and willing to do carefully focused testing, respectfully listen to your concerns, review your Creighton and Kindara app charting, correct the lab abnormalities we find with your MIRA urine testing and our lab tests as well as state of the art imaging collaboration with Hoag Radiologists in HSG, US and MRI. We provide strong alternatives to the IVF approaches. Our Robotic Davinci surgery continually updated state of the art approaches to endometriosis, fibroid removal, tubal surgery, pelvic adhesolysis and adhesion barrier placement are really a wonderful addition to our armentarium to assist you in correcting and normalizing the factors affecting your individual fertility as a couple. We partner with other specialists interested in Reproductive Restorative Surgery such as colorectal, gyn urology; male urology and gyn oncologists.

EXPECTATIONS--WE CAN THOROUGHLY WORK WITH YOU OVER 6-18 MONTHS TO MEDICALLY AND POSSIBLY SURGICALLY INVESTIGATE ONE OR MORE POSSIBLE CAUSES OF YOUR FERTILITY ISSUES. We know this is a sensitive and vulnerable time for you and your husband and we work diligently to welcome you to a personalized environment in our office. 

FIRST VISIT: Welcome again to our practice.  Relax!  We are here to work with you; answer your questions; review and address your concerns and hopefully diagnose and treat some of your gyn conditions.

• Start Creighton Method Charting System x 2 months ASAP with FCP; Introduction to Principles of Naprotechnology.
• Review masculinity and femininity  and motherhood and fatherhood-biologic, spiritual, vocational and adoptive for starters.
• We plan your monthly US with us. We particularly enjoy helping our couples gain confidence quickly in their own care and planning.

SECOND VISIT: 

• Plan: Cooperative Hormone Corrections, Ultrasounds; Labs; HSG-tubes
• Early referral to Dr. Aaron Spitz---Napro Supportive Fertility Urologist

Third visits and so on----

• Plan-Robotic Assisted Laparoscopy by 4-6th month is optimal
• Treat all of the organic diseases found
• Cycle by cycle reevaluation and correction of organic dysfunction

Approx at 1 yr point: 

• Discuss and support the couple's adoption plans….or alternatives….

TYPES OF PATIENTS:  

APPROX 40% WILL BE SECONDARY infertility; MANY HAVE SEEN SEVERAL OTHER DOCTORS.

Some will have short term and fairly simple to treat subfertility and we just need to improve small factors; others may be considerably more complex and complicated.  40% of primary fertility couples can have significant male factors. We will work together diligently and carefully and thoroughly--step by step.

FCP: Your FCP will be a critical resource and support throughout your care. Communicate often with them and us...We can provide a list for you.
